    Got some sushi to go from here, it was ready very fast (within 20 minutes from when we ordered). We got the shrimp tempura, S.F roll, tamago, spicy california roll, and some miso soup. The shrimp tempura was our favorite, tasted super fresh. The miso soup also had lots of flavor as miso soup at other places usually feels more bland and watered down. There were lots of different sushi options on the menu that looked good, so we'll definitely try it again in the future.

The star, undoubtedly, was the selection of special rolls, Shumai, Gyoza and Sashimi--each a unique masterpiece. What truly stood out was the inclusion of bar seating, providing a front-row view of the culinary artistry. In summary, this gem not only delivered on taste but also offered an authentic ambiance, amiable service from experienced staff, and an impressive showcase of culinary expertise, making this place a noteworthy destination for sushi connoisseurs seeking both tradition and innovation.

    The food at Shiro Sushi is top-notch. It's always amazing and the yum yum sauce is super good. The wait staff is generally younger and sometimes bring out the food in the wrong order but they are always very attentive and quick to fix any issues. It's hit or miss on how busy it is. Tonight it was pretty empty but I've been other nights where we waited for a table. They have lots of sushi with specialty rolls and usually a there is usually something special listed up on the board. Tonight was the Christmas roll. The Hibachi is always great and comes with a tofu soup and salad. We also really enjoy the calamari tempura appetizer.

    My Family and I have visited this restaurant for over 10 years and always enjoy our time. The Yum-Yum sauce is the best around and nothing else can compare with Shiro! Can't wait to be back soon!
